Revenue Operations Specialist [f/m/d]

Berlin, Hamburg, Köln, München, Wiesbaden
Full-time
Permanent employee

Your role at Acture

As a Revenue Operations Specialist [f/m/d] you are a central part of our CEO Office and play a crucial role in building the data foundation, processes, and insights that drive our revenue growth and organizational performance. You work closely with the Chief of Staff, our CEO, and all revenue-generating departments — including Sales, Customer Success, Operations, and Finance — to ensure transparency, measurability, and continuous improvement across the entire revenue engine.

You own our KPI landscape, build end‑to‑end reporting structures, and act as a strategic sparring partner for teams and leadership. Your work enables Acture Germany to make better, faster, and more data-driven decisions.

Your responsibilities include:

  • Building and continuously improving our revenue KPI landscape — operational and strategic.
  • Designing and maintaining dashboards, forecasts, and automated reporting for the CEO, the CEO Office, investors, and department leads.
  • Identifying growth and efficiency opportunities based on quantitative and qualitative insights.
  • Optimising revenue processes end-to-end (lead-to-close, customer lifecycle, churn prevention, operational performance).
  • Implementing and improving tools & systems that enable better data availability, accuracy, and decision-making.
  • Direct collaboration with Sales, CS, Operations, and Finance to connect KPIs with concrete initiatives and actions.
  • Supporting and executing cross-functional strategic projects that increase revenue, profitability, and process efficiency.
  • Building new reporting and measurement frameworks for management, investors, and internal stakeholders.
  • Hands-on contribution to improvement projects, such as conversion optimisation, churn reduction, funnel efficiency, and process automation.

Through your work, you help us build a high-performance revenue organisation, create real transparency, and support Acture Germany in scaling sustainably and intelligently.

Your profile

We are looking for a highly analytical, process-driven, and impact-oriented person who loves data and thrives on solving complex challenges:

  • You bring several years of experience in Revenue Operations, Business Operations, Data Analytics, Controlling, or a similar analytical field.
  • You are a data expert — strong analytical skills, excellent command of BI tools, and a deep understanding of KPI modelling and forecasting.
  • You think in process flows and quickly recognise inefficiencies and optimisation levers.
  • You have a hands-on, pragmatic working style with high attention to detail.
  • You know how to build dashboards, data models, and reporting structures that are intuitive and used by teams and leadership.
  • You communicate clearly and confidently — you can turn complex data into actionable insights.
  • You work in a structured, autonomous, and prioritisation-focused way.
  • You speak English at C1 level; German is a plus but not required.

You don’t meet every single requirement? Apply anyway!
We care about potential, mindset, and your drive to learn and grow.
